Attainable Care is registered with the Victorian Social Services Regulator (SSR) for Attendant Care and Shared Supported Accommodation (SSA), supporting eligible TAC clients and WorkSafe Victoria injured workers. We work with each person, their family, treating team and claims contacts to understand approved supports and provide reliable, person-centred care. Our services can be tailored as needs change, with a focus on safety, choice, dignity and progress toward individual recovery goals.
Our team provides practical support at home and in the community, as well as supported accommodation where approved. We coordinate services around your care plan and work with the people involved in your recovery to help make support consistent, responsive and easy to understand.
Our attendant care services can assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication support, household tasks and other approved daily activities. Support is planned around your routines, preferences and recovery goals, helping you live safely and confidently.
We provide respectful assistance with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, continence care, transfers and preparing meals. Our team follows agreed care plans and works to protect dignity, comfort and independence.
We can support approved appointments, rehabilitation activities, shopping, social participation and community access. Our approach helps you rebuild confidence, maintain connections and take part in activities that matter to you.
Our Shared Supported Accommodation service provides coordinated support in a shared residential setting for people with approved TAC or WorkSafe funding. Support may include personal care, domestic assistance, community participation, supervision and other services identified in the person’s care plan.
We support eligible TAC clients who need approved Attendant Care or Shared Supported Accommodation following a transport accident. We work with clients, families, treating professionals and TAC contacts to provide services that reflect the approved plan and changing recovery needs.
